When I first talked to nationwide movers for my move from Massachusetts to Florida they promised me that the delivery time would be 5 days if not earlier and they also told me they were the actual people who would be handling and moving my stuff. Later to find out after my stuff is already picked up (multiple times delayed pick up date & time) they are only a broker and have nothing to do with the company they hired and can not also give me any information on my move regarding ETA or location. They also adjusted the price a number of times on me for things that should of already been accounted for. They picked up form furniture on the date 06/10/21 and I received it 07/14/21 Well over the 5 days they promised me for delivery Upon drop off almost all my furniture is damaged beyond salvage. I have pieces missing. And I’m also missing Furniture that I had in my shipment When the driver handed me the contract my name was forged 5 times on the paper work he handed me I was not even tCustomer Name
