Would not recommend. This company had 2 guys come out to move my elderly mother and they charged her $600.00 to move 2 beds, table, 2 couches , washer, dryer and china hutch that they ended up breaking the glass inside it so she can not use it at the moment. They had to travel 12 miles to her new home. She had requested that I not do a review as she is scared they will come after her. This is so sad. First and only time we will use this company.

These guys were great. Packed it all up and unloaded after the move without me lifting a finger. The guys were personable and enthusiastic. I dreaded this whole process and couldn't be more please.

Do not use Ivy League Moving, recently Steve had moved a family member and stored their furniture for a year in their facility. When it was time to deliver the furniture, the price has increase to 11K versus the first move of $4K. They also notified us that an expensive $14K motorcycle had been stolen from inside their warehouse. One of their employees stated that it was an inside job. Their insurance policy that they hide in the fine print allows you for a TOTAL REIMBURSEMENT of $300. This means, if they lost all of your family possessions, they would only owe you $300. Steve the owner, quit taking our calls, since he knew the policy he selected was of no value. He took advantage of my elderly parents once he had their furniture in storage and he is likely driving around on their motorcycle. Steve had every opportunity to make it right, but chose to hide and not return calls. Stay far away from this low budget company with basically no insurance and rented trucks.

I can sincerely suggest this organization. A year ago we employed them for an interstate move including three months of capacity and the treatment of a child great piano. They made an awesome showing! The cost was great, they were benevolent and on time. No objections by any stretch of the imagination.

Do not use these people! They picked up my furniture in Highlands, NC in June and finally in October I got Alllied to go get it from Long's storage in Highlands and bring it to Florida It was less than one room's worth of furniture and Long's charged me almost $1000 for pickup and storage. I called at least 10-12 times during the four months and Colin Long maybe returned 2 of my calls. I kept getting the excuse that his Florida deliveries had fallen through. It was approx. an 8 hour drive to the delivery site and they wouldn't bring it even though they had promised. This is the only moving company in Highlands but it is better to call a nationwide company. Allied had it picked up and delivered to me in Florida within a few days. Terrible experience. I don't know how they stay in business.

They were respectful, lovely, and effective. They functioned admirably together. We even had an opportunity to become more acquainted with them a bit, and when visiting with us they kept right on working so we didn't lose valuable pressing time. Today was an extraordinary day and we will rest less demanding this evening realizing that we will now be all around arranged for our turn out.
