I am going to start this review by stating that the ground level crew, the ones that did the actual moving, were very kind and well-mannered, and timely in what THEY did. On the day of our move, the truck that our things was packed on suffered a mechanical failure before it could even leave the Storage Unit park where most of our belonging were stored. We were making a move all of a 2 and a half hour drive away. I understand that mechanical failures happen, but they were unwilling to transfer it to another truck, and when I called 48 hours later, I was told that they had no other trucks to use, and was fed a line about how they were unwilling to transfer my things to another vehicle anyway, as it increased the chances of something possibly breaking. That tells you the confidence the company has in its employees. In the end, it took them eight days to actually get my things delivered to me all of two and a half hours away. I am a disabled man, and my specialty equipment was on the truck that allowed me independent movement around my house. On top of it, an entire freezer full of food was on the truck that was lost. I have since been told that it is not the company's policy to take those materials. When I responded that whether or not it is their policy, they did indeed take it, I was given no answer. No refund of any sort, partial or full was offered, even after I prompted them to make amends on their own. My wife had taken an entire week off of work in the anticipation that she would be putting things away and setting us up in the house, and we could do nothing. We had to borrow a bed off of my in-laws, and a chair for me to sit, as I literally had no furniture to use at all, let alone my specialty equipment. They were unwilling to spare any other trucks in any way in order to get me my belongings. Again, I want to reiterate that this move was all of 2 and a half hours away. Not cross-country or anything long distance. I would highly suggest never using this mover in any way, as they have no integrity at all about how they deal with their responsibilities or their customers, and it has been nothing short of a constant headache the entire time. If I were able to, I would rate this at 0 stars and leave it at that.

The worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. It took the pockets 2 weeks and 4 trips to my house to pack my stuff. Not to mention, they were at my house until 3am the day AFTER I had to be completely moved out. The packers bickered with each other constantly, and one of them insulted me so many times that I asked her not to come back. The owner lost my new address and called everyone in my family while they were at work to try to find it. At our new home, several items were broken, which we saw before coming off of the truck. When I attempted to contact Kniselys, he never called back. I eventually got through after a week or two and asked how to submit the claim. They played dumb and put all of the blame on the transporting company. This was a very frustrating experience and I'm glad to be done with them.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. A COMPLETE ABORTION. FROM CRADLE TO GRAVE TOTALLY USELESS.BETWEEN SCHEDULING, QUOTES, AND FURNITURE DAMAGE. DON'T LISTEN TO INSTRUCTION AND THEY GET ADDED WEIGHT BY ALL THE PAPER THEY USE.IF YOU ARE ABLE DO IT YOURSELF,OR HIRE FRIENDS AND A KEG OF BEER. DON'T WASTE TIME MONEY OR FURNITURE REPAIR ON THESE CLOWNS......

He ran over everything with us ,gave all points of interest of the move ,kept an eye on us while we pressed our belongings,gave us additional boxes , went to the house the day we moved and even brought doughnuts, what a decent touch. The men that stuffed the truck Paul,Larry Jay and Jake were exceptional. They were exceptionally cautious with our sold house ,our furniture and all our stuffed things. In Virginia our things arrived when Paul said they would. The men who emptied the truck were Paul, Larry, Robert and Donte. These men worked constant , were exceptionally cautious with everything,and did anything you asked of them. All things considered we couldn't have had a superior affair than with Park Moving and would exceptionally prescribe them for any move you may have. Much obliged to all of you for being an awesome gathering of individuals to work with and going the additional mile in ensuring our furniture and possessions and truly no harm.
