Our movers arrived on schedule and performed in an outstanding manner. We were totally impressed with the care and attention to detail. Each of our wishes were totally considered and in compliance. We appreciated their professional touch and care to each item touched during the move. Appreciate Avualdo/Acevedo they and the third gentleman were careful, hard working and sincere with our furnishings and move. Wow!

Great things to say about this company and the guys. Had to move a 4 bedroom house, with some seriously heavy pieces and needed storage for a delayed closing. The company was flexible with me through some delays, but Jay stayed in constant communication with me through the process. I had some concerns about certain pieces, but the moving crew was prepared on move day and both the load and unload went smoothly, especially for new flooring at new home. It was one of the better experiences I have had, especially having Josh L as crew chief and Sinclair taking the time to show me how he loaded my items. I had a few quotes that were lower, but what ended up selling me was when I asked about employees and history. Having insured W2 guys instead of 1099 contractors was big for me from previous experiences.

I have never had such a frightful affair more than TWO of my own items,where harmed. I called the chief which name is Sam and counsel him of what had happened with my level screen TV and my overnight boardinghouse offer cm e $30. He is such a terrible individual poor business abilities. This bit of waste called Manager (SAM) couldn't deal with his own home. We had broken boxes. My conveyance took 21 days to get to Florida after I was informed that it would take 5 days. Let get to the day it was conveyed. The 3 noble man that that touched base at my home needed to charge me another $85 per individual to empty the truck. After GREAT SAM let me know that everything was paid for. If it's not too much trouble know about this company. If it's not too much trouble read the surveys this company is only a fake.

Smarter Moving Solutions is the most horrible moving organization I have ever utilized!! Avoid them. They should be at my well-suited at 8 am however didn't land until 3 hours later!!!! No call from the dispatcher with upgrades. Rather I needed to continue calling them and was misled consistently (they're headed, they ought to be there in 20 minutes). These folks have the most noticeably bad client administration - Dispatch Manager as opposed to being self-reproachful was ruder than hell-fire.
