When I followed up a few days later to confirm the date, I was told by the owner, who came to see the items and verbally committed to a date that that date was no longer available. I was incredulous. How could the date not be saved? Do these people not realize that customers rely on hard dates when moving? Nonetheless, why would the owner not follow-up first with a potential customer before giving away the date that was committed to? This is the wrong way to conduct an operation.
