Several cups, mugs, and a coffee decanter were damaged and since these were gifts, they can not be replaced. One cup is part of a Mikasa china dish set. The boxes were marked "fragile, glass" to get careful handling to no avail. There was also a scratched metal bed post, and the bed is no longer available from the vender. We are also missing 4 sofa feet for the sleeper sofa. These were removed in order for the load team to take the sofa out of the apartment, but the delivery team had no idea where they were. (Brown, square with tapered and metal tips on the bottom.) There was lastly a two-drawer cabinet that was chipped on the top exposing the screw that held it together.Customer Name
