Reason for Claim

I have recently had to re-locate from VA to TN. The moving company that I used (United Movers Group) has been giving me the run around regarding the location of my property, the date it will be in transit, and the date it will be delivered. My original delivery was scheduled for 5/5/2017. I am getting hung up on, no response to my calls/emails, and lied to. I have been told once that my items are in route and will arrive at the end of this week. The day after that I was told by the "dispatch" that it will not arrive until the end of next week. Today I was told today that my things are in New Jersey in storage. I have already given them (2) $705.00 payments, and they tried to charge me $850.00 additionally when they picked up my things in VA, but later recanted the charges because I had less packed up then what was originally on my estimate. This is an absolute nightmare. Please help.
