Headboard to entire bed assembly was missing on delivery. Bed cannot be used without the headboard. The bed is a queen size Whitewashed Broyhill. The bed is from a set, which included a nightstand and armoire. The move was also to include "reassemble of standard furniture pieces". Naturally, this portion of the contract was not fulfilled either. In addition, a knob was broken off of a long side table. There was no numbered inventory system with the delivery, which meant that there was no way to reconcile that everything was received. Local friends of ours, Tom and Ann Hennigan, met the delivery, so they had no way of systematically checking off all items. At the time the goods were picked up in Springfield, OH all items were numbered. They were not numbered upon delivery. The delivery truck included only the drive and arrived the wrong date 9:30 PM on a Saturday. The Hennigans had to help him move furniture etc. until 12:30 AM.. We are claiming compensation for labor.Customer Name
