-Furniture damaged. book shelf missing pieces, 3 lamps broken, 2 ottoman stained, white chairs stained with black hand marks, broken daybed, broken armoire. -Fragile items with clearly marked fragile totally broken, TV shattered, glass vases, dishware, memorable broken.-Beddings all unusable, stained, covered with oil. -170 dollars (storage + lock ) for full month. booked storage. Delivery was expected Aug 4th but arrived on September 3rd-Extra weight overcharge : $918, packaging charge: $900.-They hired moving crew on spot from craigslist and they were all under the influence of drugs. which made it unsafe. -My husband and me had to pitch in the moving process because the crew they hired weren't doing the job. -My locker stain/scratches and my piano doesn't work.-Had to buy new computer, clothes, beddings, lodging.
