On August 25th, 2017, we used your company to effectuate a move of a small living room. At the end of the move, after we had left the building, the movers re-entered the residence and removed the items for storage in a warehouse. The given explanation was to ensure coverage of the costs of the move. When the items were re-delivered, one of the items, a rug with a "swirl pattern" (see picture: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3eusp2ghz19r2i1/swirlrug.jpg?dl=0) was missing.
