Horrible experience. We moved from Racine, WI to Charleston, SC. The customer experience was sub-par. Our stuff was delayed and then on the delivery day, I receive a call from the driver that the truck broke down. So our delay turned from disappointment to more disappointment. My correspondence with one of the owners of the company was not understanding and continued to make excuses, without ever taking personal responsibility. I would never hire this company for a long-distance move.

I utilized this moving company as of late and was exceptionally frustrated, some of my things were broken, and my furniture Also had alot of scratches that were not there before.Also it was drizzling the day we moved none of my furniture was covered,I called the moving company after I assessed everthing and was told they were not obligated in light of the fact that they didn't pack it.
