I was referred to use his moving services. I booked an appointment and everything was confirmed 5 days prior to move. The day of the move he never called or text which he said he would. He contacted me at 7pm and should have came at 3pm stating a move before me took longer than expected. He complained his truck broke and his team never ate so he can bring a trailer and move me after 8pm or we can do it the next morning. I choose the next morning and was understanding. The next morning he start making excuses about me living downtown and parking. I told him where I lived 5 days prior. He cancelled on me 5 minutes after he was suppose to be at my home all because I live downtown. I have never been so upset in my life. I cancelled my previous moving services to support this black owned business. I will be contacting BBB and I beg you all not to use this man.

Horrible experience. We moved from Racine, WI to Charleston, SC. The customer experience was sub-par. Our stuff was delayed and then on the delivery day, I receive a call from the driver that the truck broke down. So our delay turned from disappointment to more disappointment. My correspondence with one of the owners of the company was not understanding and continued to make excuses, without ever taking personal responsibility. I would never hire this company for a long-distance move.
