After living in Wisconsin for a little while, you’re probably gonna know more about cheese than you ever hoped to. While the topic of known things is on the table, lets talk about the University of Wisconsin. One of the best universities in the Midwest, UoW is the largest public university in the state. It has a very active student body of nearly 30,000 undergrads.
For younger kids, the Henry Villas Zoo offers free admission. It is a very small zoo, but has a lot to offer. If you are an avid biker, then you can enjoy the spiderweb of bike trails that finds its way though most of Madison. There are about 250 parks for everyone to enjoy. Most parks have off-leash areas for pets as well. Madison, Wisconsin is a place where people come together.
