He contacted me at 7pm and should have came at 3pm stating a move before me took longer than expected. He complained his truck broke and his team never ate so he can bring a trailer and move me after 8pm or we can do it the next morning. I choose the next morning and was understanding. The next morning he start making excuses about me living downtown and parking. I told him where I lived 5 days prior. He cancelled on me 5 minutes after he was suppose to be at my home all because I live downtown. I have never been so upset in my life. I cancelled my previous moving services to support this black owned business. I will be contacting BBB and I beg you all not to use this man.
