A few weeks ago I was very fortunate to have three packers from your company take great pains in packing my possession in York,Maine for storage in your storage facility until I am able to move into my permanent residence in South Carolina. Their names are Hunter, Andrew, and Jordan.They were very courteous,and extremely dedicated in packing my possessions for safe keeping.And although I was not there all of the time they were packing I think they only took time out to grab a few bites of lunch eating standing up! I recently had to pack up and move from San Francisco to Denver for a new job opportunity. I looked for a moving company on Yelp and found Air1moving. Initial communications with Morrison prior to military PCS were wonderful. The company seemed very detailed oriented and thoughtful. The pack-out process went (relatively) smoothly. Unfortunately we had several issues on the receiving end that were a direct result of the packing end (Morrison also shuttled our goods to the driver so they did the initial load-out). No parts box was provided and the parts of pieces of furniture and storage were not attached to their item, leaving us 2 weeks post delivery with no way to assemble our sons' bed or storage shelving. 4 voicemails left for Amelia (move manager) and one email requesting someone above Amelia call me have gone unanswered. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Thankfully we have the option to make a claim but I'd warn against using them if at all possible as you will have zero support after the packing portion is complete.

Hard working-family company. Came out and gave me estimate, then 5 days later moved my belongings from townhouse to a house 30 min away. Quote was exactly right on time needed, and rate was very reasonable. Very happy with the move and would use them again.

We employed Mountain Moving to move a fabulous piano that we had obtained. They were proficient consistently, first telephone call to the completed conveyance. It took around 3 hours for them to move the piano (dismantling it, stacking it, transporting it, emptying it, and setting it move down). My mother and I went to the 3 day good countries visit drove by "Gathering Pete" and adored it. I appreciated the agenda and pacing of stops and would not have barred any of them. The transport size is topped at 16 and was impeccable, as it wasn't such a variety of individuals that it backed off the gathering. I like the meeting place as it's extremely focal and simple to spot. Pete was an extremely wary and safe driver, exceptionally instructive, fun, clever, and well disposed. The best movers I've ever experienced! We move a lot because of my spouse's job, and have seen so many movers in the past. Sadly, I had moving staff skipping process, tricked me not to complete the full service more than once... But these guys sent by Sanders Transfer Co. were all polite, honest, and helpful. Completed everything that needed to be done without reminding them or fighting for it. I was very impressed!!! I'd really appreciate what they did for us.
