Had 3 people to assist with recent move and 1 seriously couldn't keep up. I'm double their age and had to assist with move to complete in a timely matter given 2 were not in shape to be doing this job. Itemed were dropped during move, which luckily were not breakable. Boxes marked as fragile had heavy boxes stacked on them. Didn't follow Covid-19 guidelines during move as website stated would be followed with none of the movers wearing masks. Had used previously in 2020 without complaints, but have told multiple people to steer clear when they have inquired about movers to use. To top it off, they damaged all my furniture that I paid to put in their storage when paying top dollar to have it protected with reimbursement that won't even buy me a new chair for the table and chairs they damaged. They deny that the items were damaged in their care when this was the first time they were moved since purchased. Horrible customer service, horrible business that will not stand by their services or agreements.

Hard working-family company. Came out and gave me estimate, then 5 days later moved my belongings from townhouse to a house 30 min away. Quote was exactly right on time needed, and rate was very reasonable. Very happy with the move.

Be careful!!! I masterminded a little move with Maverick. Not every one of my things arrived. I would like one's own magnify this moving employment because they gave me free boxes for it. lol. The bunch seemed that they could produce well. I moved from Chula Vista city, California to las Vegas Nevada. They swathed, filled, and adequately took care of my Fish tank which is Glass. They did one proud and were very expert and discreet in setting up my bed which is a temper down cover. Not any of my leather stools were out of kilter. Tory and the other russian men sorry cant remember there names were superb. I'm Faithful and devoted.

Good move. Employed Move Smart as a result of the Channel 15 news story. Ian, the proprietor, turned out and gave an appraisal which at last was near the sum paid. They regarded my military administration by giving and additional man for nothing out of pocket. The move was entangled because of numerous locations and a storage space however it went off easily. The general population gave were all around prepared and diligent employees. The main reason I gave them 4 stars was because of the trouble in corresponding with the front office.
