So much damage it's unbelievable. The movers were exhausted and said it was their 3rd move. My leather couch is shredded on both ends. My dining table and Ashley bedroom set has dents, paint from for jams, and scrapes all over it. My bed is badly torn. The movers said they didn't have the proper equipment to move it. Calling the store they just said to email the pics which I did and to contact a hotline to fix my things. The movers said my things were already damaged like that. Never use this company! I'm going to put reviews everywhere and contact BBB. I've used movers several times and NEVER have I had my things destroyed like this!

Most exceedingly awful. Organization. EVER. Keep away from THIS COMPANY At all costs. My experience was so awful I will be reaching the Better Business Bureau. They charged me 4 times my evaluation and that was the minimum of my issues. They lied about the conveyance date TWICE, which made me miss two days of work, and afterward got frightful with me when I requested a rebate taking into account their deception that made me miss two entire days of pay. In the long run they just essentially overlooked my telephone calls and various messages. Such a great amount for client administration I presume. At the point when my stuff was at long last conveyed, I needed to tip $300 all together for the movers to put the furniture where I needed. I am so awed by WCS Trucking! From my first telephone call, through the genuine move, and afterward the subsequent telephone call, the entire experience was the most wonderful it could have been. I expected to move with 3 days notice. They put me on the calendar and sent me two magnificent men (Desmond and Revere) to make my turn as easy as could be expected under the circumstances. If I could give this company negative stars I would. After spending over 3 hours on the phone with a Senior Relocation Specialist confirming my box count and inventory, I was confident in the $5,400 quote that I received to move our two bedroom house from Nashville, TN to Denver, CO. You can imagine my reaction when the driver shows up on our moving day and tells me that my estimate will need to be increased by $2,000!! My husband and I felt like this company had us over a barrel and we were left with no choice but to come up with the extra money. And if that isn't stressful enough we had to chase this company for copies of our inventory paperwork and to schedule our delivery date. I was starting to wonder if our belongings had ever made it to the storage facility in Las Vegas at all. Many frustrated phone calls and different managers later we received our belongings which consisted of crushed boxes and damaged furniture. Even with everything "professionally wrapped" in blankets we submitted 9 claims for damage. With the appalling customer service that we have received throughout this entire process I doubt anything will come of our claims, but the least I can do as a public service is warn others by sharing our experience.

We used Bridges Bros to move from Portsmouth to Biddeford, Maine. They were on time, everyone knew what to do, and they didn't break or lose anything. The main thing that turned out badly was they appeared without closet boxes so they hung everything inside the truck, moved it into boxes later, and it took us a short time to get the storage rooms sorted out when we moved in. I've been through enough moves to know this is really great. We got offers from a few movers and theirs was competetive with the others. They won the job since we had an individual suggestion from a companion who had use them before and I'd use them again.

My experience was great to the point that I took an ideal opportunity to compose a short letter to the administration group to let them know that it was so brilliant to work with Barry, the man of his word who conveyed 10+ things from Restoration Hardware.
