I was very impressed with David's customer service: he was professional and obviously very interested in making sure I had my questions answered. The team was timely, efficient and very conscientious of our belongings. They were also flexible in delivering a couch we had to a friend in the neighborhood and were in good humor when there were some unexpected complications. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Their rates were also extremely reasonable which was an added plus.

Mike and his group were awesome on my late move. The group arrived on time, open, and persevering. They worked effectively and rapidly, and the employment was finished without any issues at all. Evaluating was clear and unquestionably an incredible worth. PROUD OWNER WHO IS HOT-HEADED AND IRRATIONAL: Quick Move came recommended by our agent and friend, we had every reason to believe this would be a conventional professional interaction, and initially, all went as expected. Midway through the move, on their way to our new home their truck broke down (no one's fault). After multiple attempts to repair the truck, and 6 hours later, our stuff arrived (on a smaller truck, taking multiple rounds). Everyone was tired. Ultimately, our stuff was rushed into the new home with multiple broken items, grease on furniture, dings on the wall. At the end of the (late) night, the employees asked for full payment on a erroneous bill (with additional hours and labor) and did not acknowledge the inconvenience, rushed work or broken items. We agreed to pay half immediately and negotiate the rest the following business day. The owner was not there, but was directing his employees over the phone. After the first threat to bring the police to our home, we spoke with him on the phone directly. He became belligerent and aggressive and threatened to drive to our home to demand payment. He believed that there was a "law" to pay immediately and threatened to call the police again. After multiple attempts to dissuade him and deescalate, he drove to our home. He and his employees parked outside our house. At approximately, 1 am the police arrived to mediate. It's telling to see how people handle situations when things don't go as planned. To bring the police into this was inexcusable and unprofessional at best, and reckless and scary at worst. We believe in truth and transparency and honestly don't understand why this situation spiraled out of control. In most circumstances we believe in supporting local family-run business, this however was a terrible experience, especially as begin a new chapter in our lives.

This company lies. They tell you they called and left a message. Cell phones keep records and they did not call. They want to now wait 2 weeks to deliver our cabinets unless of course we want to come get them. Sounds like a bit of put the burden on the customer scam! Their facebook and google pages do not have the right address. They are just trying to avoid people connecting them on the better business site where their rating is 1.5 out of 5.

My movers were Derek and Moses. They really appeared right on time to the move site, stacked everything from my capacity unit extraordinarily rapidly. The roll over to Seattle was brisk and they dumped my stuff into my loft productively. They were a finished delight to work with and made what could have been an extremely unpleasant day smooth and effortless.

Warriors Moving was an extraordinary ordeal from start to finish. I was advised to anticipate that the team will begin at 8am. When they stopped the truck and strolled through the house with me it was 8am on the cash. I moved from Fremont where stopping is restricted most definitely and moved to Ballard where it's not any better, and they took care of it such as professionals. They were proficient, safe, and cordial the whole time. Emptying at the new place went pretty much as easily. I had a very terrible experience with the owner/manager of this company. He was unapologetic after his crew showed up 3 hours late for our appointment. He said there was nothing he could do and it wasn't his fault. When I mentioned I'd be leaving that in his review, he threatened to tell his employees not to show up. (The employees were very friendly and courteous but I can't increase my score because of how poorly the owner treated my wife and I. )

Another Rip-Off moving organization. The stock records they review of your own property is poop. Simply chicken scratch which looks bad to even the containers they name. I really had two of the packers inquire as to whether they could have some of my own property. Stunning... So in the event that I say yes, I lose. In the event that I say no, they most likely take it at any rate. WTF. Yes I did have individual property stolen from me that I found as absent after my turn. With these rules in place, it allowed 12 hours of work within a 15-hour period, 9 hours of rest, with 3 hours for breaks within a 24-hour day.
