DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! 1ST MOVE, 3 PACKERS LEFT BEFORE STARTING FELT THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO MAKE ENOUGH MONEY. WORKERS GET PAID BY THE POUND. MOVE WAS SUPPOSED TO START AT 9:00 am . FINALLY 3 WORKERS SHOWED UP AT 12:30. 2 MORE WORKERS SHOWED UP AT 5:30. WE LEFT HOUSE AT 10:30 AT NIGHT. 2ND MOVE TO NEW HOUSE. I WAS TOLD BY MIKE AT HARRISON'S THAT THE MOVE WOULD START BETWEEN 9:00 AND 11:00 am. 3 WORKERS SHOWED UP TO ADDRESS, BUT THE WORKERS WERE TOLD THAT THE WEIGHT OF THE MOVE WAS 7000 LBS. WHICH IT REALLY IS 15000 LBS. THEY CALLED THE SUPERVISOR FOR THE DRIVER OF TRUCK WHICH TOLD THEM "THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE AT THAT ADDRESS". IT TOOK THE WORKERS 2 HOURS TO DRIVE FOR THIS JOB. MY QUESTION IS HOW DID THE WORKERS GET THE ADDRESS IF THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE? DRIVER TOLD MY WIFE THAT THE ANOTHER SET OF 4 WORKERS ARE ON THERE WAY WHICH IS AGAIN OVER 2 HOURS AWAY. IT IS NOW 2:00 pm AND STILL NO WORKERS, SO DRIVER GOT TIRE OF WAITING AND STARTED THE UNLOAD. WIFE IS GIVING HIM A HAND. NO WEEKEND EMERGENCY NUMBER FOR HARRISON'S OR MIKE THE SUPERVISOR FOR THE MOVE THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS FIASCO . MIKE WON'T RETURN MY CALL OR ANSWER HIS PHONE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BY A COMPANY IN MY LIFE LIKE THIS. IT IS TOO BAD I CAN'T GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING. I HAD TO POST 1 STAR OR I COULD NOT SEND THIS POST. Be careful with this company. They may give you a cheap quote but that's the service you'll receive. I have learned now my lession. The movers destroyed the floor and a wall in my home while moving us out, ruined a piece of furniture, and were extremely careless. The movers did not propertly put together a bed frame and a table. Now, I am having to pay extra for the fixing of the furniture they destroyed (because even though I filed a claim they haven't paid and it has been months), paying for someone to put together the table that is twisted, and fix the brand new bed frame tbecause is falling apart and it's now dangerous to use. I am also dealing with the damage they caused in the house we moved out from. The managers are unprofessional and unresponsive, Don't be fooled. I wish I was warned.

I needed to move a minute ago and ran with Always Reliable Movers. They were productive in getting my stuff into capacity really quick. At the cost, You can't turn out badly. Would thoroughly utilize them once more.

They have taken an enormous weight off our shoulders for our turn by giving an overview of our possessions, moving our things into our new home furthermore giving us things we didn't think off.

THEY DID NOT COME. We scheduled our move weeks in advance. They were supposed to arrive at 8:30 AM and they called at 8:15 and bailed. No other options were presented, barely even an apology. We were left with our entire house packed up and our lease ending that day with no options. This business is absolute garbage. Don't bother scheduling a move with them unless you want to be up a creek without a paddle at the last second.

I have quite recently as of late had a noteworthy move taken care of by New Bell Moving. I explored numerous organizations and even considered doing the move myself, however at last settled on New Bell. From the very first moment, they were affable, deferential, and industrious in the subtle elements. Each worry I had was tended to with the most elevated need and dependably with an inspirational demeanor. I truly welcomed the consideration in which my packers wrapped, boxed, and moved my things. Procuring them should be possible totally on the web, which offered me some assistance with getting everything all together. I utilized these folks to move some old collectibles out of my relative's home to be put away for a bit in their stockroom. Best experience i've ever had with a moving organization! I got a few brings ahead of time and benevolent client administration. The general population working there appear to really think about the individual needs of you and your things, and even recommended the best materials to pack my things would be! The building itself s somewhat off the beaten path, yet general astounding!

This company is HORRIBLE, it was selected by Langley AFB as our packers and movers to Ohio. First they didn't even show up the day they were scheduled to pack us and did not even let us know. When we finally called to see where they were they said oh they thought they told us they would be here the next day. When they did show up one of the guys was on the phone or in the bathroom all day not helping the other two working. Our stuff was not crated and they lied and said our stuff would be locked in the truck as is and start to Ohio the follow day. By the end of the week we were lied to about the location of our stuff, it took over two weeks to get from Virginia to Ohio. When it did arrive it was mission 11 boxes and not on the same truck. It took another 15 days for our missing boxes to make it here and that was by a different company cause these jerks couldn't do it!!! The boxes all came damaged, we are claiming damages to many items that are broke. Some boxes had big chunks missing, how does that even happen!!!! You are a horrible company and if you thought I would write reviews about you, you are sorely mistaken. Bill who was the manager we talked to that lied to us repeated, just know I have filed a complaint with the BBB too, just because you were assigned to us by the military doesn't mean you can treat us any ole way! I will be filing this review on every site I can find so NO ONE ever hires you again!!!!!

The name says it every one of the, a magnificent moving organization! The folks who moved us were super amicable and quick. Well justified, despite all the trouble! The cost was awesome for the measure of service and work they put in. Will utilize them again when we move next time!

These folks were rock stars. We had a major move with different stops and they worked enthusiastic and proficiently throughout the day to get us into our new home. They were proficient and dedicated, at a particularly decent cost. Would very suggest for any move!
