We have moved 16 times all over the country and overseas with minor to no damages. TMM moved us from our old house to our new house only 20 minutes apart from each other, but damaged several of our household items worth up to 8k to replace, or 2500 to repair. TMM only reimbursed us for the amount of $54.00. Additionally, as a Marine, I was expecting former Marines employed by TMM, but the movers were not even former Marines and some never served. As reported to the BBB and TMO, to caution other service members about using TMM as they do not back their service, and disingenuous about their company name.

They all worked consistently, no staying nearby. I've heard stories of movers paid by the hour taking as much time as is needed painstakingly wrapping and bundling the furniture. These folks were speedy, proficient, and intensive. They even dismantled our jumbo informal lodging gathered it at the flip side. Bait and switch...Do not believe the assessment. They charged us more than $1000 more than the first quote. We bought the insurance and it was a joke. They broke our things and totally hosed us. They said that they are family owned and the same individuals will load and unload for you....Yep family owned if its the mob. What a racket. They do have the same individuals to unload plus the 4 other individuals that loaded the truck. Try not to trust this company.
