DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! 1ST MOVE, 3 PACKERS LEFT BEFORE STARTING FELT THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO MAKE ENOUGH MONEY. WORKERS GET PAID BY THE POUND. MOVE WAS SUPPOSED TO START AT 9:00 am . FINALLY 3 WORKERS SHOWED UP AT 12:30. 2 MORE WORKERS SHOWED UP AT 5:30. WE LEFT HOUSE AT 10:30 AT NIGHT. 2ND MOVE TO NEW HOUSE. I WAS TOLD BY MIKE AT HARRISON'S THAT THE MOVE WOULD START BETWEEN 9:00 AND 11:00 am. 3 WORKERS SHOWED UP TO ADDRESS, BUT THE WORKERS WERE TOLD THAT THE WEIGHT OF THE MOVE WAS 7000 LBS. WHICH IT REALLY IS 15000 LBS. THEY CALLED THE SUPERVISOR FOR THE DRIVER OF TRUCK WHICH TOLD THEM "THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE AT THAT ADDRESS". IT TOOK THE WORKERS 2 HOURS TO DRIVE FOR THIS JOB. MY QUESTION IS HOW DID THE WORKERS GET THE ADDRESS IF THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE? DRIVER TOLD MY WIFE THAT THE ANOTHER SET OF 4 WORKERS ARE ON THERE WAY WHICH IS AGAIN OVER 2 HOURS AWAY. IT IS NOW 2:00 pm AND STILL NO WORKERS, SO DRIVER GOT TIRE OF WAITING AND STARTED THE UNLOAD. WIFE IS GIVING HIM A HAND. NO WEEKEND EMERGENCY NUMBER FOR HARRISON'S OR MIKE THE SUPERVISOR FOR THE MOVE THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS FIASCO . MIKE WON'T RETURN MY CALL OR ANSWER HIS PHONE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BY A COMPANY IN MY LIFE LIKE THIS. IT IS TOO BAD I CAN'T GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING. I HAD TO POST 1 STAR OR I COULD NOT SEND THIS POST. I THOUGHT I WAS USING A REPUTABLE COMPANY. AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! GREG

Be careful with this company. They may give you a cheap quote but that's the service you'll receive. I have learned now my lession. The movers destroyed the floor and a wall in my home while moving us out, ruined a piece of furniture, and were extremely careless. The movers did not propertly put together a bed frame and a table. Now, I am having to pay extra for the fixing of the furniture they destroyed (because even though I filed a claim they haven't paid and it has been months), paying for someone to put together the table that is twisted, and fix the brand new bed frame tbecause is falling apart and it's now dangerous to use. I am also dealing with the damage they caused in the house we moved out from. The managers are unprofessional and unresponsive, Don't be fooled. I wish I was warned.

This company is HORRIBLE, it was selected by Langley AFB as our packers and movers to Ohio. First they didn't even show up the day they were scheduled to pack us and did not even let us know. When we finally called to see where they were they said oh they thought they told us they would be here the next day. When they did show up one of the guys was on the phone or in the bathroom all day not helping the other two working. Our stuff was not crated and they lied and said our stuff would be locked in the truck as is and start to Ohio the follow day. By the end of the week we were lied to about the location of our stuff, it took over two weeks to get from Virginia to Ohio. When it did arrive it was mission 11 boxes and not on the same truck. It took another 15 days for our missing boxes to make it here and that was by a different company cause these jerks couldn't do it!!! The boxes all came damaged, we are claiming damages to many items that are broke. Some boxes had big chunks missing, how does that even happen!!!! You are a horrible company and if you thought I would write reviews about you, you are sorely mistaken. Bill who was the manager we talked to that lied to us repeated, just know I have filed a complaint with the BBB too, just because you were assigned to us by the military doesn't mean you can treat us any ole way! I will be filing this review on every site I can find so NO ONE ever hires you again!!!!!
