Best move experience of my whole life. Moving is irritating and distressing and - this moving company and its workers absolutely get it. They are forthright, they are straightforward, their representatives are amazingly cautious and persevering( (demand Josh - he is THE MAN). They were open, not even once did I have an inclination that I was being ripped off, and the group that showed up were just madly watchful. Furthermore, decent folks - I wound up having a fabulous time day moving with them. I sincerely got the feeling that they thought about benefiting an occupation. Not a SINGLE thing was scratched or broken. I know I presumably solid like a shill at this moment however I figure I am simply falling off a colossal anxiety help wave that my turn went about as impeccable as you could seek after. These guys are topnotch. Professional and hardworking both times I have used them and we had different crews help us with each move. Very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that everything is carefully moved and positioned like you want it. They worked all day with zero complaints and smiles on their faces on some really hot days. Prices are very reasonable and consistent. I don't know what else to say other than you are doing yourself a disservice if you hire someone else to move your stuff.

Most noticeably bad administration ever. My phone calls were over and over not returned and Jordan did not appear at our beforehand booked arrangement. I particularly took off of work to meet with him and he didn't appear. Zero stars ought to be an alternative since they don't merit one star.

We have three guys show up earlier than expected as they told us one time came in an hour early we had everything packed and ready for them they started throwing our stuff around had no regard for any of our stuff when they were putting her things on the dolly they were slamming him down our stairs it was ridiculous than halfway through they threw a fit called their boss because I had asked them not to throw our things then there boss calls me and says oh do we need a pull out of here there's a problem

THE MOVING GUYS are one of the best movers I have ever experienced.. what's more, in 50 + years of having moved ordinarily, I have a vibe for quality and administration. These folks are first class. In addition to the fact that they were booked on extremely short notice yet they permitted me to orchestrate extraordinary financing because of unordinary circumstances. Do not let this company handle your move. In my numerous moves from a few miles to a few thousand miles, I have never experienced any substantial problems until using A-1 Freeman. We chose this moving company because North American is a large interstate moving company with experience in cross country corporate moves. Communication was difficult. The packers were understaffed and glacially slow. On moving day, again they were understaffed and inexperienced. Despite discussions with the move coordinator about the handling of our grand piano, the movers had little experience handling an instrument of this size and damaged the piano. Move in went no better. A-1 Freeman scheduled pick up of our items from storage two weeks before the delivery date leaving our possesions sitting on a truck for two weeks and angering the driver who was unable to do anything in that time. The result was a very nasty move in. We have a very long list of damaged items which of course the company is brimming with excuses as to why they will not cover the damage.
