They stacked things up rapidly and proficiently and did likewise at the back end. The main drawback is that I was not able leave a tip on my charge card (maybe on the grounds that it was a business record) and I didn't have money on me. I felt awfully that I was not able tip them, since they genuinely made an incredible showing.
Costs were to a great degree reasonable and I would completely, without inquiry, use them once more!

Do not let this company handle your move. In my numerous moves from a few miles to a few thousand miles, I have never experienced any substantial problems until using A-1 Freeman. We chose this moving company because North American is a large interstate moving company with experience in cross country corporate moves.
Communication was difficult. The packers were understaffed and glacially slow. On moving day, again they were understaffed and inexperienced. Despite discussions with the move coordinator about the handling of our grand piano, the movers had little experience handling an instrument of this size and damaged the piano.
Move in went no better. A-1 Freeman scheduled pick up of our items from storage two weeks before the delivery date leaving our possesions sitting on a truck for two weeks and angering the driver who was unable to do anything in that time. The result was a very nasty move in. We have a very long list of damaged items which of course the company is brimming with excuses as to why they will not cover the damage.
