American Knights Moving and Storage

This company was assigned to my move by International Van Lines. For my departure, the arrival window was 12-2:30pm. This became 3:30, then 5:30, and they finally arrived at 6:20pm. Their packing was very good, but they started to load my boxes without letting me check them off on the inventory. After I objected, they did say the numbers as they took the items, but I could not verify that all items were labeled. For the delivery, they arrived on time on a Monday, no missed ETAs. I had to pay cash because, despite their promises, they did not give me the amount I owed until Sunday evening. They wrote the amount paid on the inventory sign-off page, which stated that I had received all items with no visible damage, instead of giving me a separte receipt. I declined to sign the inventory page until the move-in was complete. Despite a large sign I placed on my memory foam mattress, the mattress was stored vertically, not flat, on the truck. My items were stacked with no regard to packages clearly marked fragile. In fact, when I asked one mover to not put a heavy book box on a fragile box, he said something like 'if it has not broken by now, it won't', and he put the heavy box on the fragile box of blurays and dvds anyway. Not a very compelling argument, as some of the discs could have been already broken, etc. One wardrobe box was partly collapsed, and all my nice suits, jackets, and slacks were on the bottom of the box. Surely professional movers know how these boxes should be handled. I was given little chance to check off the inventory, as boxes were stacked high with numbers not necessarily showing. I had to rearrange the boxes as best I could to at least confirm the high value boxes were all there, and undamaged. I received three boxes belonging to another person, which indicates the concern these movers had for insuring all customers received all boxes. After I noticed the first of these boxes, the mover simply said, well, they must have been or fallen from the next customer's load. They did not check for additional such boxes. I did not find the other two until two weeks after my move-in, because they were at the bottom of the stacks, and not well marked. It does appear that I received all boxes, with little damage. Communications were poor with the company representatives, both those of International Van Lines and American Knights - especially on weekends. Since moves occur on weekends and on Mondays, this is not good service. I also received contradictory statements about payment amount and payees (International Van Lines or American Knights). I won't use either company again.

The three man group made short request of the multi-stop move. My crew has moved crossed nation a few times with enormous overwhelming furniture. This nearby group took better care of our things from the heaviest to the lightest easily versus the extensive 'understood' movers. I am so happy to see they do long separation moves now as well. No ifs and or buts I will call them once more. We utilized them twice to move as a part of the straight zone and every time surpassed desires.

The experience was smooth. The crew was professional and would highly recommend using them again. They took great care of my furniture. Each piece was carefully wrapped and secured on their truck.

Great team from start to finish. John, Henry and Jose helped out on moving to another city. Very professional, fast and good at their jobs. Also very transparent from booking, pricing, moving out, moving in to final payment / documentation. Would definitely recommend others use American Knights moving and storage for moving. After my client's mover friends failed to show for her relocation, I called several movers for last-minute help. Only American knights moving and storage was able to fit my client into their schedule. I am so glad they did. I, along with my client, was quite pleased with their service. The movers were very cooperative, helpful in managing every detail, and in providing professional service. There was regular contact with the dispatcher and assurance that the movers would arrive. They did a great job.

This company was fantastic! They accommodated my small move by making it happen within two days of my call. The movers who arrived were on time (actually a bit early which was wonderful), courteous, professional and efficient. They handled my goods with great care. I would definitely recommend them and would call on them again.

Peter and Lee were AMAZING! They arrived 15 minutes early, and the move which was quoted to take at least 3 hours took about 2.5. What's more, they treated our belongings respectfully and carefully, and kept me from being stressed out by their great combination of professionalism and humor. Seriously loved these guys and I hope they can help us with our next move (in 10 years or so)

Our move was quick and efficient. We had three movers that were very personable and caring of our items and our concerns. I would recommend this moving company and certainly us them again in the future.

American knights moving and storage did a fantastic job moving me out of my house and into an apartment. They did a great job packing and unloading my items and took great care to ensure all my fragile items were taken care of. Highly recommend! Great price point too!

I choose American knights moving and storage based on their overwhelming number of positive reviews online and I'm glad I did because they did a marvelous job! The crew was quick, careful and efficient. They used many layers of protection to keep my things safe and due to that, nothing was damaged. It was dreams come true. No damages, no hidden fees, no changes in the price! It was just perfect! I definitely plan to recommend them to my family and friends.

I really felt I owe them a good review because they have truly done wonders for my move. You guys are so awesome! The crew was prompt and dependable. It takes time and experience to be able to work like the staff at American knights moving and storage. They do not mess around and they will not give you broken promises, give you false hopes, and fool you. They are the company that will take care of every single thing for you. I would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat.

I couldn't have been more pleased with this moving company. They were completely honest and reliable in their pricing and timing. Excellent customer service. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but it never did. I have moved many times and there was always a "surprise". But not this time! I would give them a perfect score because they gave me damage free and stress free move! American knights moving and storage gets 10 out of 10 in my book and they get my highest recommendation!

Undoubtedly the greatest moving experience ever on account of the guys at American knights moving and storage! The movers were very prompt, well mannered and hard working. I had around 40 boxes, Living room and bedroom furniture and these guys had it all packaged and on the truck so fast it was incredible! Words aren't enough to say how professional and friendly Mike and the other members of American knights moving and storage are. Their effectiveness and planning allowed me to have a stress free experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move; they are beyond worth it!

I am moving, but I need to sell my house first so I don't know my exact move date. I chose American Knights moving and storage for their flexibility and understanding of my situation. Anna spent a lot of time making sure my move estimate was accurate. Mae then took over as my move coordinator; she is so understanding and makes every effort to put me at ease as I try to sell my house. So far my experience has been the best!

American Knights moving and storage team helped me to move to my new place in TN without any errors, any delay or any other unwanted circumstances. Their performance was amazing. Movers showed up on time, they did a marvelous job while packing my belongings. Not a single damage done to any of my belongings completed the entire move a lot earlier than the estimated time and charged the same amount mentioned in the initial quote. There was nothing more I could have asked for. Thank you!

I moved recently and I went through a few different companies to get quotes, they all have me pricing but I felt the most comfortable with American knights moving and storage. When they came to my house the estimator was very professional, he went through all of the information with me and gave me a quote. The price was okay and he was very professional so I went with American knights moving and storage. On the day of my move the movers did a great job & they loaded everything tightly on the truck so things would not move when in transit. I was very pleased with the service once my furniture was unloaded and put in place. I am happy I choose American knights moving and storage for my move!

I will definitely utilize the services of American knights moving and storage when I move again. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and the moving team exercised great care in handling my precious belongings. I was particularly concerned about my two antique china cabinets with the curved glass, the glass costs hundreds to replace. Two other companies did not want to take them. They were padded and tied and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to all the folks at American knights moving and storage for a job well done.

American Knights Moving and Storage has been my go-to moving and Storage Company for a couple of years now. These guys are dependable, professional, and polite, but most importantly, they are affordable. They offer premium services at a low cost, and that is why I keep coming back.
