Unfortunately, the folks working for this business refused to wear a mask when performing a move for my elderly, immunocompromised mother. For context, 258 people died from COVID in Texas yesterday. Myself and my partner tried to explain the importance of them wearing a mask on numerous occasions throughout the move, but they refused, and instead threatened to leave all of my elderly mother's belongings on the first floor of her two story home. It was so sad, and I sincerely hope that no one else has to experience this. We later realized that there are many other moving businesses out there that are knowledgable enough to require masks during moves, so please protect yourselves and your families by selecting one of those other options.

Ryan, thanks for the move from Seabrook to Ft.Worth! Your team moved our three bedroom safely on 12/22, in one day. We had no issues with social distance or your crew not wearing masks. You guys rock! I showed you everything I had to move and my next step was to get the hell out of the way.
