Awesome administration, experienced and tireless!! Experienced packers from this organization came in and gave extraordinary administration and moving guidance. I wish they offered out of state moving administrations; the organization I utilized was TERRIBLE with a triple capital T. I am certain that my turn would have gone vastly improved if Davis Moving offered out of state moving administrations. I exceptionally prescribe them for any pressing administrations or moves.......take it from somebody who has had the experience of unpleasant moving administrations...

Three folks showed up and worked it! They didn't avoid a beat. At last, no things broken or harmed. Since my new home had wood floors, they even went the additional stride to cushion the metal feet so there were no scratches! Would completely prescribe them

Thieves. Do not trust any of their movers. Take pictures of everything, even the movers' faces. Catalog everything being moved. Make the movers document every single item, even if it takes all day and night. They moved my house hold goods from Clarksville to Fort Bragg, NC, but stole my xBox 360 Elite and over 500 dollars worth of games and DVDs. After looking back, I didn't think of it at the time, but they marked the box that the xBox was in with a piece of paper that read "xBox and game--no serial number". I knew the xBox had a serial number, but it didn't occur to me that they were about to deceive me. My PCS was TDY en route, so it was going to be a month before I would have the good sent to my new place. When I finally did unpack my stuff and reviewed the inventory sheet, I realized that the xBox was not here and was not on the sheet. Learn from me. Don't use this company. There is always a different company to choose. The Army will allow it.

Horrible cross-country move experience. After signing the contract, the sales person wouldn't return my calls. Movers arrived 5 days later than promised. Bought insurance and submitted a claim for broken items, but Coleman wouldn't honor this because we packed the items ourselves (and they wouldn't refund our insurance payment). Avoid.

I enlisted VIP to move my family from town to town in Middle TN. They both stuffed and moved us. They went well beyond. They not just did all that they said they would do, they volunteered to accomplish more, did it on time and effortlessly. The staff was cordial and obliging. I was inspired and I generously recommend them.

Being in the military I have moved alot and have never had a worst moving experience that I had with this company. They did not deliver my household goods to the specified address on the delivery date we had set up 3 months in advance! But they took them to a completely different address on the wrong date and then were told there was nothing they could do about it. Not to mention they sent us the two SLOWEST movers ever. One stood outside and smoked the whole time and the other played on his cell phone the whole time. Took them 3 hours to pack up a dresser full of sweaters. When I called the office to get answers about why they didn't deliver to the address on the date we had set up 3 months in advance i was told they weren't talking to me and hung up on by the owner on several occasions. They basically took my money and did what they wanted with my stuff and couldn't discuss it with me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will lie to you and then cannot answer to what they did wrong. Just hang up on you and then not take anymore of your calls. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!
