Not only did they have to unload the big truck but had to load it up onto a 16ft truck . They were great to work with, very professional and courteous . In the wake of enlisting this moving organization, I was incredibly disillusioned. They appeared without enough boxes to pack my things yet did move my room suite and a loveseat that first day.
