I am so disillusioned with my Cord/North American experience. I picked them since I thought they were a major, fruitful moving company. The start of my experience was extraordinary. Danny was an extraordinary rep and Shannon has been useful where she can be. When they got my assets, everything turned out badly. My protestation is more with their guardian company North American Van Lines, yet this is the place I can compose a survey.
Despite everything I haven't got my shipment, and it should touch base at my new home more than 2 weeks prior. Are they to a great degree late, as well as the two ladies I conversed with at client administration were so inconsiderate and let me know that since my shipment wasn't huge, I wasn't a need. They completely made me feel like I didn't make a difference. On the off chance that the majority of that isn't sufficient, I haven't been offered any formal expression of remorse or remuneration for living out of a bag for 3+ weeks on account of their inability to carry out their occupation. I will NEVER prescribe North American to anybody moving. On account of them for making my migration the nation over harder than it as of now is.

I was extremely satisfied with my moving knowledge. The group brought extraordinary consideration with the majority of the things and the driver, Doc, was on top of everything. What satisfied me the most was the correspondence. Moves are constantly unpleasant, yet the group was great in giving correspondence at all focuses - we recognized what was going to happen at every stride and when. Improved the entire process much.

UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL!! Cord would not stand behind the statement made in writing by their own employee who informed us via email on the day of our goods delivery, that we have nine months from the date of delivery to file a claim for damage. Cord sent a letter after we filed the claim within that timeframe that "any and all damage must be noted at time of delivery". It is impractical and impossible given the number of hours in a day and that this was a full 2-story home move to open everything and identify all damages on the day of move.
The position Cord took in this matter is unethical and illegal. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) states that "You have 9 months from the date of delivery (or in the event of loss for the entireshipment, from the date your shipment should have been delivered) to file your claim."
Cord refused.
