Very poor customer service with Main Street. Made the pick up late. Delivered the load 1 day late. Company will not call you back after the delivery. They will not address any damage issues until I had to call their corporate office. Their corporate office could not help me since Main Street did not put a reference number on the bill of lading. Very frustrated with the entire experience. Will never use Main Street it Allied Cans again. I have learned my lesson.

The entire team was all around experienced and learned as well as quick and productive. Booking the move was essentially no inconvenience by any means. They were hired to move 4 units of storage from Manchester to Knoxville for $3,500. They ended up being 45 minutes late, littered trash everywhere, and only delivered 2 of the 4 agreed upon units for the FULL CONTRACT PRICE simply because they couldn't load all of the units in one day. They will not work with you in any way. They expect payment for the full amount in the contract whether they perform all of the work or not. Not to mention all of their employees used bad language and were unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I found this company and called them. The client administration was magnificent and my whole experience was sans bother. The movers appeared on time and inspired right to work. No communication from their office throughout the move. Every time I needed to know when people would be out I had to call or read their minds I guess. Sales rep Ed Watson lied to me about when they could drop off. When that commitment was not met he would not return any of my calls. Office staff told me half a dozen times they text him to call ASAP and I never heard from him. Wonder why? Very shady operation from sales to service my recommendation is to go with anyone else for your move if you want to deal with professional people.
