Absolutely great experience! Top notch service from beginning to end. I had to get some stuff moved out of my house so it would show better, they picked up all my "junk", stored it until my house sold, then moved the rest of my stuff along with the items in storage to my new place all with ease. Tom, Mike and the rest of the guys are the best of the best. They worked around my schedule and made my moving experience so much less stressful. Thanks again for all the great work and great service, couldn't have asked for anything better!

These folks were staggeringly useful. They were the main movers I could find that didn't require a $3000 least who might really give back my autos. I worked with T.K. who help me move from Philadelphia PA, so Southen California and he made me it effortless. The movers got my stuff, and landed in front of calendar. Friendly and extremely proficient. I very suggest these folks, they were awesome esteem and had incredible client administration.

Great administration and second time utilizing. To start with was to empty from van to a capacity unit and the second was to stack and empty. They appeared on time (well just 15 mins late yet they called me well ahead of time to tell me). Each of the 3 folks took additional great consideration of my things which was a help in itself. They pack the truck exceptionally well and emptied without a glitch. They laid cushioning in house so nothing would get scratched or imprinted. Friendly individuals on both visits and truly made the moving knowledge as simple as could reasonably be expected. Much appreciated folks!

These guys were great. They showed up on time and were extremely friendly. Shook hands and introduced themselves. They had me show them around and asked what I would like them to take. I told them boxes that were fragile and they had no problems taking a little extra care. They always asked questions if they weren't sure about something. All of their equipment was very clean and left no marks on the carpet. Only reason i didn't give five stars is they said they could take my TVs (3 in total 2 32" and a 55") but they said they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't get broken so I told them I would move them myself. Also, they gave me an estimate with a timeframe of 3.5 hours. My boyfriend and I moved ALL boxes ourselves which cut the move to an hour and a half. The main guy asked if we got an estimate and I told him we were told for approx. 3.5 hours to move everything would be $400. They still charged us $400 even though they only took 1.5 hours. But; overall still highly recommend

To be honest, 1 star is too generous but it's the lowest choice available..... I've moved many times in the past 10 years and this was by far the worst experience. I very politely and repeatedly pointed out some electronic items that needed extra care and detail when being wrapped. At the delivery end of our move they delivered the items very roughly and carelessly. We found the majority of our boxes were incorrectly labelled and I had to move everything myself after they left because they were put in the wrong rooms. When we unpacked them some of those items were not wrapped at all and ended up broken.

We were so pushed about the up and coming move, yet North Western and their team held our hand all through the entire move and we can not be any longer thankful.

Most noticeably awful client administration I have ever experienced. We gotten this moving company to move us from Columbia South Carolina to Houston Texas. As a matter of first importance for 2600 square-foot house they just appeared with two Packers. What should have taken two days to pack and load took almost a week.
