Most exceedingly awful. Organization. EVER. Keep away from THIS COMPANY At all costs. My experience was so awful I will be reaching the Better Business Bureau. They charged me 4 times my evaluation and that was the minimum of my issues. They lied about the conveyance date TWICE, which made me miss two days of work, and afterward got frightful with me when I requested a rebate taking into account their deception that made me miss two entire days of pay. We shipped an antique--old ship's wheel table--just wrapped in blankets. The item arrived without damage and Rick communicated with us the whole time regarding the status of the shipment. We are grateful for his professionalism and recommend this person to anyone who is nervous about shipping delicate items.

These guys were great. They showed up on time and were extremely friendly. Shook hands and introduced themselves. They had me show them around and asked what I would like them to take. I told them boxes that were fragile and they had no problems taking a little extra care. They always asked questions if they weren't sure about something. All of their equipment was very clean and left no marks on the carpet. Only reason i didn't give five stars is they said they could take my TVs (3 in total 2 32" and a 55") but they said they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't get broken so I told them I would move them myself. Also, they gave me an estimate with a timeframe of 3.5 hours. My boyfriend and I moved ALL boxes ourselves which cut the move to an hour and a half. The main guy asked if we got an estimate and I told him we were told for approx. 3.5 hours to move everything would be $400. They still charged us $400 even though they only took 1.5 hours. But; overall still highly recommend

Move4Less is the opposite of the company name. They charged me $2820 for 12 hours but their team only worked for 8 hours plus travel time so I am generous to give them 1 hour even if my house is 15 mins away from their office. I called 6 times and each time I call, Jane and Irish have attitude and would only refund me for 2 hours. Also there was a 1 hour downtime bec one of the workers hurt his toe so the 3 workers rested and watched him. They would not even give me a prorated rate.The 2nd job they took same thing. Oh, have I mentioned the damaged furnitures? I do NOT recommend this company. Please don't be a victim like me.

Absolutely great experience! Top notch service from beginning to end. I had to get some stuff moved out of my house so it would show better, they picked up all my "junk", stored it until my house sold, then moved the rest of my stuff along with the items in storage to my new place all with ease. Tom, Mike and the rest of the guys are the best of the best. They worked around my schedule and made my moving experience so much less stressful. Thanks again for all the great work and great service, couldn't have asked for anything better!

Good move. Employed Move Smart as a result of the Channel 15 news story. Ian, the proprietor, turned out and gave an appraisal which at last was near the sum paid.
