Simply eminent. These superb individuals moved my mom from a flat she had lived in for a long time. They were immediate, polite and paid consideration on point of interest. Everything was completely wrapped and ensured and they even unpacked everything for us when we got to where we were going. You truly couldn't request preferred administration at a more over sensible cost.

Great administration and second time utilizing. To start with was to empty from van to a capacity unit and the second was to stack and empty. I called 3 weeks before the move to ask two or three inquiries and they had no reservation and had no clue who i was. I moved from Chula Vista city, California to las Vegas Nevada. They swathed, filled, and adequately took care of my Fish tank which is Glass. They did one proud and were very expert and discreet in setting up my bed which is a temper down cover. Not any of my leather stools were out of kilter. Tory and the other russian men sorry cant remember there names were superb. I'm Faithful and devoted.

To be honest, 1 star is too generous but it's the lowest choice available..... I've moved many times in the past 10 years and this was by far the worst experience. I very politely and repeatedly pointed out some electronic items that needed extra care and detail when being wrapped. At the delivery end of our move they delivered the items very roughly and carelessly. We found the majority of our boxes were incorrectly labelled and I had to move everything myself after they left because they were put in the wrong rooms. When we unpacked them some of those items were not wrapped at all and ended up broken.

When I called Roush Moving and Storage to mastermind my turn I addresses Ellen, why should capable calendar my turn despite the fact that I had a somewhat limited time allotment for her. They charged me $2820 for 12 hours but their team only worked for 8 hours plus travel time so I am generous to give them 1 hour even if my house is 15 mins away from their office. I called 6 times and each time I call, Jane and Irish have attitude and would only refund me for 2 hours. Also there was a 1 hour downtime bec one of the workers hurt his toe so the 3 workers rested and watched him. They would not even give me a prorated rate.The 2nd job they took same thing. Oh, have I mentioned the damaged furnitures? I do NOT recommend this company. Please don't be a victim like me.
