Initial communications with Morrison prior to military PCS were wonderful. The company seemed very detailed oriented and thoughtful. The pack-out process went (relatively) smoothly. Unfortunately we had several issues on the receiving end that were a direct result of the packing end (Morrison also shuttled our goods to the driver so they did the initial load-out). No parts box was provided and the parts of pieces of furniture and storage were not attached to their item, leaving us 2 weeks post delivery with no way to assemble our sons' bed or storage shelving. 4 voicemails left for Amelia (move manager) and one email requesting someone above Amelia call me have gone unanswered. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Thankfully we have the option to make a claim but I'd warn against using them if at all possible as you will have zero support after the packing portion is complete.

Absolutely great experience! Top notch service from beginning to end. I had to get some stuff moved out of my house so it would show better, they picked up all my "junk", stored it until my house sold, then moved the rest of my stuff along with the items in storage to my new place all with ease. Tom, Mike and the rest of the guys are the best of the best. They worked around my schedule and made my moving experience so much less stressful. Thanks again for all the great work and great service, couldn't have asked for anything better!

Red Carpet came exceptionally prescribed to me after their contribution with moving a neighborhood philanthropic, Toys for Smiles. They made an incredible showing for them and a considerably more noteworthy occupation for my own home move. These guys were great. They showed up on time and were extremely friendly. Shook hands and introduced themselves. They had me show them around and asked what I would like them to take. I told them boxes that were fragile and they had no problems taking a little extra care. They always asked questions if they weren't sure about something. All of their equipment was very clean and left no marks on the carpet. Only reason i didn't give five stars is they said they could take my TVs (3 in total 2 32" and a 55") but they said they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't get broken so I told them I would move them myself. Also, they gave me an estimate with a timeframe of 3.5 hours. My boyfriend and I moved ALL boxes ourselves which cut the move to an hour and a half. The main guy asked if we got an estimate and I told him we were told for approx. 3.5 hours to move everything would be $400. They still charged us $400 even though they only took 1.5 hours. But; overall still highly recommend

Move4Less is the opposite of the company name. They charged me $2820 for 12 hours but their team only worked for 8 hours plus travel time so I am generous to give them 1 hour even if my house is 15 mins away from their office. I called 6 times and each time I call, Jane and Irish have attitude and would only refund me for 2 hours. Also there was a 1 hour downtime bec one of the workers hurt his toe so the 3 workers rested and watched him. They would not even give me a prorated rate.The 2nd job they took same thing. Oh, have I mentioned the damaged furnitures? I do NOT recommend this company. Please don't be a victim like me.

Most noticeably awful client administration I have ever experienced. We gotten this moving company to move us from Columbia South Carolina to Houston Texas. As a matter of first importance for 2600 square-foot house they just appeared with two Packers. What should have taken two days to pack and load took almost a week.
