So much damage it's unbelievable. The movers were exhausted and said it was their 3rd move. My leather couch is shredded on both ends. My dining table and Ashley bedroom set has dents, paint from for jams, and scrapes all over it. My bed is badly torn. The movers said they didn't have the proper equipment to move it. Calling the store they just said to email the pics which I did and to contact a hotline to fix my things. The movers said my things were already damaged like that. Never use this company! I'm going to put reviews everywhere and contact BBB. I've used movers several times and NEVER have I had my things destroyed like this!

Overall movers in Kapolei moved my whole condominium down to the last pencil from Waipahu to Las Vegas. The move included 3 separate pick ups. I worked with Forrest and everything went easily and great. His moving groups were spot on time unfailingly. Be careful!!! I masterminded a little move with Maverick. Not every one of my things arrived. Allat s in the first review is the owner or employee of the california location.same dot# these guys are straight up theives with drivers all over the u.s.. google them in California and read about them before you consider getting completely f@#% you over.check yelp and bbb and their dot scoring.they dont even own trucks.they rent them from budget.they held our stuff hostage.they put numbers on our items and when they delivered 20 of those numbered items were missing.then they said to file a claim.well the claims company they refer you to will tell you they do not do buisness with them.and then you will get no further response from ggm.they have destroyed what didnt come up missing.i may sound like im just ranting but i want to warn others.this company is bogus.the stress theyve put us through is so unfair. Violated is how youll feel.
