I initially identifies with the chief at LTDE. He cited me an aggregate cost to move my articles to Puerto Rico, which I consented to pay. The day preceding the booked get, I was reached by this director who let me know he would require an extra $200.00 to do the get. I was irate. This was a work of art "lure and switch" and was extremely amateurish. Since I was planned to leave the range inside of days, there was essentially insufficient time for me to orchestrate a get with another mover. I was in a corner and was compelled to pay a higher cost. I was additionally told by this supervisor that my articles would be delivered to PR by 11-30-07.
After the get of my Articles, I saw (sometime later) that this chief neglected to rundown every one of my articles on the Packing List he gave me. I reached this director the exact following day and asked for a changed PL. He said that he would fax it to me that day. He didn't. From that point forward, I have reached this Manager and/or his secretary AT LEAST 10 distinct times about the corrected PL. Every time, I have been informed that the corrected PL will be sent and/or faxed to me. To date, I have not got it.
I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE STATUS OF ALL MY ARTICLES, which I have yet to get. I sent a confirmed letter to the President of LTDE asking for that he give me a revised PL alongside a date when my Articles will be dispatched to me in PR and a composed assurance from him that ALL MY Articles WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME COMPLETE AND IN GOOD CONDITION. To date, I have gotten no reaction from this moving company.
