Firstly i was told my shipment would arrive within 4-6 weeks then 6-8 weeks. It was supposed to arrive third week of July, Its not third week in August. So not only is it late i had to change my holiday hotel and flight which cost me money as they are late. They then added fees without asking, telling or letting me know to my invoice. I have refused to pay the extra fees so they have placed my shipment on hold in the UK. I asked them to amend the invoice to what i agreed on and they havent done it. I will not pay holding charging in the UK, they can pay that. I dont have any extra money only what i agreed on the original invoice that i signed and agreed upon. They picked up from the US. This is the second time i am using this company. The first time last summer they lost one of my boxes and didnt do anything about it. I didnt get anythign back for my loss. Now they decided to add fees and place my things on hold. They havent even bothered contacting me back via email. They only contacted me a week ago to ask to get paid although my shipment is 3 -4 weeks late!
