The owner lost my new address and called everyone in my family while they were at work to try to find it. At our new home, several items were broken, which we saw before coming off of the truck. When I attempted to contact Kniselys, he never called back. I eventually got through after a week or two and asked how to submit the claim. They played dumb and put all of the blame on the transporting company. This was a very frustrating experience and I'm glad to be done with them.
