To make a long story short it's a SCAM. This is not a genuine company. I'm at fault for dawdling yet they're simply awful people. The lady on the telephone didn't have an intelligent clarification, or a statement of regret, she simply said "stores are non-refundable." Talk about professionalism. I am really happy that I ended up moving with this moving company. My grandmother is 65 years of age and I was really worried and concerned about having movers move because you know you all the horror stories you hear. Whoever's running this company really knows what they're doing. I felt totally comfortable when I spoke to the salesperson on the phone, who assured me that there movers would be professional. The moving truck arrived on time and the movers were polite and courteous to my grandma all day long. They knew how to pack her grandfather clock which was her biggest worry. They reassured her and were patient with her concerns. It made me feel reassured that I chose a good company to work with. The price of the move was a little bit more expensive but that was okay because the service made up for it. I said that I would write a review so here it is and I appreciate all your hard work and will definitely reference my friends and family to your moving company thank you very much Kevin and Ms Belford. Only complaint I have is you may want to smoke a little further away from the truck.
