Talk about professionalism. I am really happy that I ended up moving with this moving company. My grandmother is 65 years of age and I was really worried and concerned about having movers move because you know you all the horror stories you hear. Whoever's running this company really knows what they're doing. I felt totally comfortable when I spoke to the salesperson on the phone, who assured me that there movers would be professional. The moving truck arrived on time and the movers were polite and courteous to my grandma all day long. They knew how to pack her grandfather clock which was her biggest worry. They reassured her and were patient with her concerns. It made me feel reassured that I chose a good company to work with. The price of the move was a little bit more expensive but that was okay because the service made up for it. I said that I would write a review so here it is and I appreciate all your hard work and will definitely reference my friends and family to your moving company thank you very much Kevin and Ms Belford. Only complaint I have is you may want to smoke a little further away from the truck.

This organization and it's representatives were great to work with. They were quick with giving a quote to the move - fast to react when I had questions - and brilliant at catching up to affirm the arrangement. The genuine moving group was the best I've ever experienced. A 3 man group moved a 2 bed loft in Wicker Park to a top floor 2 bed flat in Uptown in under 2 hours. It was stunning. Nothing was broken - they were watchful with each bit of furniture and even wrapped things (I didn't think to wrap our sofa!) for us for no additional charge. I would prescribe this organization to anybody that likes a straightforward move with persevering representatives that take care of business.
