I've used BPFM twice and both times the move was absolutely excellent! Our family is career military plus a second career including worldwide corporate moving. That's 40 years of moving, and I can honestly say these folks do it as well or better than the big, major carriers in terms of customer service, friendly staff and hard work. To understand my frustration you have to know this is something I wouldn't ordinally do, but I feel like it is in the best interest of future customers. I have tried every outlet imaginable to avoid this, it took two weeks to get ahold of anybody, then the owner dodged me and continues to do so. They have a complete disrespect for customers and their property. There is zero professionalism and they don't have any compassion for others belongings, which is unconscionable being that they`re a moving company.

Upon the arrival of our turn, the 3 movers - Rick, Matt, and Ukeme - landed on time and were totally fabulous.
