I can't even begin to detail the devastation Planes has caused my family during this move. The other reviewer detailed it perfectly. All of our antique, high value furniture has been damaged beyond repair. Missing boxes galore. Our brand new Restoration Hardware bed arrived with a whole in it. Mattress was torn (perhaps b/c it wasn't boxed like it was supposed to be). China cabinet split down the side and leg broken off. Large black handprints all over our furniture. 8 hours late on both packing and loading day. A move that went past midnight both days. Totally incompetent claims department that wants to "repair" our furniture that clearly cannot be repaired. My worst fears with this move have all come true. DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID PLANES!
