You Move Me did an impeccable move for me! Jim called ahead in light of the fact that he was worried about the looming snow and needed to check whether I needed to move a day early (which I could do). Before they went to my home, the movers (Matt and David) called to check whether I required anything to drink. When they arrived, they were in clean organization outfits and were amicable which set me quiet with the anxiety of moving. They moved rapidly to stack/empty the truck, while as yet taking an ideal opportunity to ensure my things were secured/ensured, and didn't take any breaks. In two hours, they had everything moved from spot to put and under the evaluated cost! They even gave me another house plant as a moving blessing! My companions who moved before me and utilized different organizations were envious of the minimal effort and awesome administration I got! It was good to move out of one house but the move into of house... 3 to 5 they were to deliver, they called at 6pm to inform me that my truck would be to our house by 730pm... no truck. The truck and exhausted workers showed up at 830pm (still with no phone call and since it was on a Saturday, no one to contact)... The movers themselves were polite and apologetic - again not their fault their company over booked them and I tipped them well to make up for a night that kept going...- the company not so much. They gave me $100 off a $1500++ bill to compensate for my 5+ hour late delivery. They didn't care I lost my deposit for my painters that we're scheduled to start that night after the items were moved in, or the deposit for my fish tanks to be set up (not to mention the dead fish I have BECAUSE they had no tanks to set up because they were on the moving truck...) $100 off, that's it... don't waste your time going around and around with them... it's not worth the frustration. I gave them many times to compensate for this issue but nothing was done.
