If I could give a negative value for the rating it would be -10. This company is a joke. They do not have any value or consideration for their customers and a complete fraud. They will tell you your move will cost $$$ but in the end you will pay double. No one picks up calls, no one returns calls - ALL they want is your money. Stay away from this company, there are many better moving companies out there.

Review and Compliant By Tanela Hicks, Trotwood Ohio I would like to first lay out some context facts before I provide my review of Greater Dayton Moving and Storage. I hired this company approximately a month ago. I called to confirm twice and ask basic logistically questions. The move was a basic but large family move, 4 bedrooms, and garage. The service was booked for Saturday 06/27/2020. I hired a 3 team moving crew. The booked time was 8 am-10 am. The company was booked solely because of the great service they provided to my grandmother during her move over 4 months ago. These are the facts. The full complaint is listed on the BBB website. In short. They never showed up on 06/27/2020. They showed up a day late! Unprofessional and not managed properly. Please get a backup plan for your staff.

Don't use Herlihy! I made the mistake of using them for an out of state move and their performance was terrible. They showed up for the move without the necessary equipment. Damaged my home in 2 places which delayed my ability to have real estate showings until the repairs were done. Had the delivery date wrong for an out of state move. Failed to properly coordinate adequate manpower to get me unloaded. Failed to unload me properly. Damaged a lot of my belongings. And failed to make the situation right, and to honor their estimate. Find a legitimate mover who has the proper skill set to get you moved successfully. Life is too short to have to deal with an incompetent mover! They are Mayflower affiliated and Mayflower does not adequately intervene to resolve disputes with their local movers. Stay away from Mayflower as well!

This moving company was incredible to work with. After I booked my moving arrangement, I needed to reschedule it 2 or 3 times (shutting date continued evolving). These folks were awesome! I moved out of my home around 8 months prior, and the Two Men and a truck group were awesome. They came early, and boxed and move all my furniture to their on location storeroom. Each time I expected to recover something from the unit they were willing and accommodating. When I chose to have all my stuff moved out of the unit, everybody was amazingly proficient. I was aided rapidly in getting a move date. The movers called when they were en route and landed on time.
