It was good to move out of one house but the move into of house... 3 to 5 they were to deliver, they called at 6pm to inform me that my truck would be to our house by 730pm... no truck. The truck and exhausted workers showed up at 830pm (still with no phone call and since it was on a Saturday, no one to contact)... The movers themselves were polite and apologetic - again not their fault their company over booked them and I tipped them well to make up for a night that kept going...- the company not so much. They gave me $100 off a $1500++ bill to compensate for my 5+ hour late delivery. They didn't care I lost my deposit for my painters that we're scheduled to start that night after the items were moved in, or the deposit for my fish tanks to be set up (not to mention the dead fish I have BECAUSE they had no tanks to set up because they were on the moving truck...)
$100 off, that's it... don't waste your time going around and around with them... it's not worth the frustration.
I gave them many times to compensate for this issue but nothing was done.
