Review and Compliant By Tanela Hicks, Trotwood Ohio I would like to first lay out some context facts before I provide my review of Greater Dayton Moving and Storage. I hired this company approximately a month ago. I called to confirm twice and ask basic logistically questions. The move was a basic but large family move, 4 bedrooms, and garage. The service was booked for Saturday 06/27/2020. I hired a 3 team moving crew. The booked time was 8 am-10 am. The company was booked solely because of the great service they provided to my grandmother during her move over 4 months ago. These are the facts. The full complaint is listed on the BBB website. In short. They never showed up on 06/27/2020. They showed up a day late! Unprofessional and not managed properly. Please get a backup plan for your staff.

The three guys I had for my move from galion Ohio to Dublin Ohio with the greatest friendliest and hardest working guys I have worked with in many many years did an excellent job you need to keep those three guys together they are the German moving and storage money makers great job guys appreciate everything on Friday and then putting up with everything on Saturday excellent job great professionalism proud to say that they were my movers

I highly recommend Efficient Moving. The men are hardworking and were exceptionally careful with our furniture. The movers had the best price with high caliber. I looked in Leaders, Two Men and a Truck...most moving services were exceptionally costly and should be reserved weeks ahead of time. Troy fit me in inside of days. You can't beat the quality and cost!

Do not use this moving company. They showed up on the wrong day. The boy from the Carolinas who said he is a manager and answers the phone is not professional at all. I asked to reschedule and he said they were booked for several weeks. I asked for my deposit return and was told that is not company policy. After I told him that was not acceptable and I would take this to court and hung up on him. He called me back and was very rude. I told him not to call me again and hung up. He called several times again to the point I called the police to let them know I was being harassed. So because I was without a moving company I began to call around. MVM moving stepped up and slipped me in on there schedule for two days later. They were very professional and the movers worked at a very fast pace. The cost was $200.00 less than All my sons. Don't waste your time with All My Sons just call MVM moving.

Your crew (Tyler B.; Hunter G.; Nick, Kevin, and Derrek) did an outstanding job in completing the move of our furniture, numerous boxed items, a piano located in the basement of our home, a heavy sofa bed, etc. to a controlled temperature storage unit near our home. We were amazed on their ability to stack these items to make maximum use of the storage unit, and the overflow (boxes) to an adjacent unit. They were very courteous and wasted no time in the move. We would like to have this same crew back for the second part of our move to a rental unit later this month. These guys are rated 15 on a 1-10 scale.

It's not very great to be valid! I had a superb involvement with these movers. I paid $65/hr for two folks in addition to $85 level rate for the truck. They moved from my second floor loft to another THIRD FLOOR flat in under two hours!! That is incredible! Particularly for just $215! (Furthermore $20 tip for every fellow) My just counsel would be to send an email affirmation to the client. It's decent to know everything is authoritatively an unavoidable reality to move. Notwithstanding, I will call these folks once more!

They kept me notified of when the movers were headed and everything went each easily. The movers were inviting and effective. They completed rapidly!
