Did a great job with my local move with lots of steps up to my new house.

Buyer beware. I have used North American before, but my experience with their agent in North Dakota, Fettes Transportation was vastly below their standards. They throw items into boxes without wrapping them. They overstuff wardrobe boxes and role up clothes on hangers and stuff in bottom of wardrobe boxes. They fold art in half to fit it into boxes. They missed the delivery window by 6 days and did not keep me informed. I had to call them and sometimes I did not get a response. They also kept changing the reason the load was late. Various reasons given at different times: truck loaded in wrong order of shipments at Fettes, labor difficulties at Fettes, Judgement call to deliver other loads first, etc. I do not recommend this company.

I had them move a dresser, 10 seats, 2 night stands 3 miles away. They wrapped it pleasantly and were cautious about the pieces. The folks were huge yet somewhat under fueled. I felt they were straining. Maybe they were not prepared legitimately. I fear in the event that I needed to move a substantial armoire, they would require one more individual. Did not have movement cones in the truck. Touched base on time!! Addressed my telephone call quickly!!

So much damage it's unbelievable. The movers were exhausted and said it was their 3rd move. My leather couch is shredded on both ends. My dining table and Ashley bedroom set has dents, paint from for jams, and scrapes all over it. My bed is badly torn. The movers said they didn't have the proper equipment to move it. Calling the store they just said to email the pics which I did and to contact a hotline to fix my things. The movers said my things were already damaged like that. Never use this company! I'm going to put reviews everywhere and contact BBB. I've used movers several times and NEVER have I had my things destroyed like this!

It took me weeks to discover a County moving Company that was moderate. Lawrence Mike, and Roberto are 3 of the most pleasant folks I've ever met. Despite the fact that I' didn't have a lot of times, OC to San Francisco is not a little move. They made a special effort to make this as simple as could be expected under the circumstances for me. So happy I discovered them!

Aaction moving & storage, does NOT pay their workers properly, and even worse...Not at all. They falsify reasoning's to avoid payments and they go to ever extent to create inaccurate accusations. This is wage theft and the result trickles down to the service levels that the client receives. Which is very poor, including numerous cases of crews not showing up, walking off during the move, non experienced movers, criminals on site that has resulted in cases of theft, etc.. On top of the wage theft, there is zero Corporate support, both in training and financially, which made each branch try to make ends meet with inexperience and use of their own personal cash. There was no fuel cards, no access to funds for scales and other needed expenses, our garage bin was repossessed due to no payment. All our vendor's were not getting paid, couldn't repair trucks. And at one point we were declined to purchase post-it notes. The company will reply, this is false. But I too am a victim after working under Aaction Moving and Storage and can advise these statements are true. And I have NOT received my pay or reimbursement of personal expenses after our agreement was terminated. I want to warn others of the companies practices, so Clients are aware who they are hiring and doing business with.

On the off chance that i could give negative stars, i would. Called 5 weeks before move to set reservations and get costs. Burned through 45 minutes noting inquiries and setting things up. I called 3 weeks before the move to ask two or three inquiries and they had no reservation and had no clue who i was. The exceptionally unknowledgable woman who addressed let me know we'd "need to quite recently begin sans preparation" Forget about it!

The truck touched base on time and was all the more then sufficient for the measure of stuff being moved. Cautious however productive treatment of all things. I will call them whenever I need to move.

Hard working-family company. Came out and gave me estimate, then 5 days later moved my belongings from townhouse to a house 30 min away. Quote was exactly right on time needed, and rate was very reasonable. Very happy with the move and would use them again.

Once more, astounding administration from McNeight Express. This denoted my third move with them and I can't let you know how much their demonstrable skill, their admiration of my time and capacity to make a great deal fit in a little space is valued.

Best move I've ever had. Folks were quick and watchful. I've never had a move go so well.

These individuals get an A+. James turned out and stocked what we required and roughly the amount it would cost and took notes on what we needed for my mother and father's furniture and was extremely expert and kind. Sheena in the workplace called a few times to ensure that we realized what's in store on moving day and afterward she checked in with me amid the move to ensure that everything was going well.The movers, Dani, Victor and Mace were the best. Opportune, gracious, well disposed and productive with their time and brought EXTRA care with the furniture. Would utilize them instant once more. Kalapana!

Team were great! Greatly pleasing, productive and made my upsetting move not all that unpleasant by any stretch of the imagination! I profoundly prescribe them and can't express gratitude toward them enough for a vocation well done.

Moving is unpleasant, muddled and depleting. This time I chose to contract somebody to help me pack and unload notwithstanding the conspicuous truly difficult work. The Apartment Movers extraordinary. They stuffed up the vast majority of my 2br home in a couple of hours and afterward did a harsh unload after the move. This got me out of boxes a great deal sooner than I would have all alone. I leased reusable cartons and The Apartment Movers as ready to utilize them.
