In my opinion this was the worst case of business etiquette someone that a company could do for a client. NL Wilson initially did a very thorough job in estimating the cost and weight to relocate us. The movers were very friendly and took great care of our items. They ensured they were protected and both homes were protected from damage. Now to the truth of the matter. I called two weeks prior confirming the date and pickup as well as the delivery date and time. I felt the truck they might send would be too small based on some of the bulky items we had. They assured us that based on the information from the estimate, the truck would have plenty of space. Concerned, I sold a lot of our larger, bulkier and heavy items to reduce the amount of weight and space. The estimate was for 8000lbs our total was over 10000lbs. Costing us another $800 in moving expenses. The best part of the story is the fact they left a 1/2 room of items. They provided me with no instructions, directions or contact numbers. I tried numerous times to call the office to find a solution. There was no answer and the office close at 5pm. I was forced to rent a Uhaul, load my own items and take them to my new location. One owner called around 10pm stating that they would reimburse me for the hassle, rental etc. When we arrived, they will not unload your items until you are fully paid. I voiced my concerns again and paid the quoted amount, waiting to be reimbursed for the extra hassle which was promised. Three weeks later with numerous email chains and phone calls, they decided they do not want to reimburse me. They look at it as a favor that they hauled more than the estimated amount. Everyone said they would have done the same thing. I felt the manager was disrespectful and showed no apathy. I would advise people to seek other movers and read the fine details they provide. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and would actually suggest avoiding them if at all possible.

It took me weeks to discover a County moving Company that was moderate. Lawrence Mike, and Roberto are 3 of the most pleasant folks I've ever met. Despite the fact that I' didn't have a lot of times, OC to San Francisco is not a little move. They made a special effort to make this as simple as could be expected under the circumstances for me. Aaction moving & storage, does NOT pay their workers properly, and even worse...Not at all. They falsify reasoning's to avoid payments and they go to ever extent to create inaccurate accusations. This is wage theft and the result trickles down to the service levels that the client receives. Which is very poor, including numerous cases of crews not showing up, walking off during the move, non experienced movers, criminals on site that has resulted in cases of theft, etc.. On top of the wage theft, there is zero Corporate support, both in training and financially, which made each branch try to make ends meet with inexperience and use of their own personal cash. There was no fuel cards, no access to funds for scales and other needed expenses, our garage bin was repossessed due to no payment. All our vendor's were not getting paid, couldn't repair trucks. And at one point we were declined to purchase post-it notes. The company will reply, this is false. But I too am a victim after working under Aaction Moving and Storage and can advise these statements are true. And I have NOT received my pay or reimbursement of personal expenses after our agreement was terminated. I want to warn others of the companies practices, so Clients are aware who they are hiring and doing business with.

I had them move a dresser, 10 seats, 2 night stands 3 miles away. They wrapped it pleasantly and were cautious about the pieces. The folks were huge yet somewhat under fueled. I felt they were straining. Maybe they were not prepared legitimately. I fear in the event that I needed to move a substantial armoire, they would require one more individual. Did not have movement cones in the truck. Touched base on time!! Addressed my telephone call quickly!!

Buyer beware. I have used North American before, but my experience with their agent in North Dakota, Fettes Transportation was vastly below their standards. They throw items into boxes without wrapping them. They overstuff wardrobe boxes and role up clothes on hangers and stuff in bottom of wardrobe boxes. They fold art in half to fit it into boxes. They missed the delivery window by 6 days and did not keep me informed. I had to call them and sometimes I did not get a response. They also kept changing the reason the load was late. Various reasons given at different times: truck loaded in wrong order of shipments at Fettes, labor difficulties at Fettes, Judgement call to deliver other loads first, etc. I do not recommend this company.

Moving is unpleasant, muddled and depleting. This time I chose to contract somebody to help me pack and unload notwithstanding the conspicuous truly difficult work. The Apartment Movers extraordinary. They stuffed up the vast majority of my 2br home in a couple of hours and afterward did a harsh unload after the move. This got me out of boxes a great deal sooner than I would have all alone. I leased reusable cartons and The Apartment Movers as ready to utilize them. The main issue we had with the move was that the group by one means or another missed a jolt that held my father's bed together. When he was putting the sheets on it, it wasn't steady. In checking things our, a jolt was lost from the cross bars under the sleeping cushion. Since he didn't discover the jolt anyplace in the flat or back in his apartment suite, he and my sibling needed to discover another jolt in his accumulation of miscellaneous items and take the sleeping cushion and box spring off and set the casing up once more. This was the main issue we had. Something else, everything went easily, aside from a short hold up while the group dropped one fellow off at your office so another could assume control for him as he moved to an alternate task.

Be careful!!! I masterminded a little move with Maverick. Not every one of my things arrived. I recorded a police report in the wake of endeavoring - unsuccessfully, quietly, and pleasantly - to motivate Maverick to handle this issue by means of email or mail, with their protection. The proprietor wouldn't do anything aside from trade instant messages, attempting to keep it 'informal'. What sort of authentic business does that? They won't answer my messages or my telephone calls. Extremely amateurish. You will attempt another organization in case you're keen. Spare yourself the anguish. What's more, coincidentally, on the off chance that you see positive audits, screen out the ones with the last names "Phillips" and 'Marciano', they're identified with the proprietors (and they've presumably had others submit 'false surveys' also, in the event that they've done that). Most exceedingly awful. Organization. EVER. Keep away from THIS COMPANY At all costs. My experience was so awful I will be reaching the Better Business Bureau. They charged me 4 times my evaluation and that was the minimum of my issues. They lied about the conveyance date TWICE, which made me miss two days of work, and afterward got frightful with me when I requested a rebate taking into account their deception that made me miss two entire days of pay. In the long run they just essentially overlooked my telephone calls and various messages. Such a great amount for client administration I presume. At the point when my stuff was at long last conveyed, I needed to tip $300 all together for the movers to put the furniture where I needed. The movers were additionally discourteous and contemptuous on top of everything, and one of them possessed an aroma similar to death and left a stink that was mind-boggling in my new home.
