A few weeks ago I was very fortunate to have three packers from your company take great pains in packing my possession in York,Maine for storage in your storage facility until I am able to move into my permanent residence in South Carolina. Their names are Hunter, Andrew, and Jordan.They were very courteous,and extremely dedicated in packing my possessions for safe keeping.And although I was not there all of the time they were packing I think they only took time out to grab a few bites of lunch eating standing up! Had 3 people to assist with recent move and 1 seriously couldn't keep up. I'm double their age and had to assist with move to complete in a timely matter given 2 were not in shape to be doing this job. Itemed were dropped during move, which luckily were not breakable. Boxes marked as fragile had heavy boxes stacked on them. Didn't follow Covid-19 guidelines during move as website stated would be followed with none of the movers wearing masks. Had used previously in 2020 without complaints, but have told multiple people to steer clear when they have inquired about movers to use. To top it off, they damaged all my furniture that I paid to put in their storage when paying top dollar to have it protected with reimbursement that won't even buy me a new chair for the table and chairs they damaged. They deny that the items were damaged in their care when this was the first time they were moved since purchased. Horrible customer service, horrible business that will not stand by their services or agreements.

So much damage it's unbelievable. The movers were exhausted and said it was their 3rd move. My leather couch is shredded on both ends. My dining table and Ashley bedroom set has dents, paint from for jams, and scrapes all over it. My bed is badly torn. The movers said they didn't have the proper equipment to move it. Calling the store they just said to email the pics which I did and to contact a hotline to fix my things. The movers said my things were already damaged like that. Never use this company! I'm going to put reviews everywhere and contact BBB. I've used movers several times and NEVER have I had my things destroyed like this!

I had them move a dresser, 10 seats, 2 night stands 3 miles away. They wrapped it pleasantly and were cautious about the pieces. The folks were huge yet somewhat under fueled. Aaction moving & storage, does NOT pay their workers properly, and even worse...Not at all. They falsify reasoning's to avoid payments and they go to ever extent to create inaccurate accusations. This is wage theft and the result trickles down to the service levels that the client receives. Which is very poor, including numerous cases of crews not showing up, walking off during the move, non experienced movers, criminals on site that has resulted in cases of theft, etc.. On top of the wage theft, there is zero Corporate support, both in training and financially, which made each branch try to make ends meet with inexperience and use of their own personal cash. There was no fuel cards, no access to funds for scales and other needed expenses, our garage bin was repossessed due to no payment. All our vendor's were not getting paid, couldn't repair trucks. And at one point we were declined to purchase post-it notes. The company will reply, this is false. But I too am a victim after working under Aaction Moving and Storage and can advise these statements are true. And I have NOT received my pay or reimbursement of personal expenses after our agreement was terminated. I want to warn others of the companies practices, so Clients are aware who they are hiring and doing business with.

It took me weeks to discover a County moving Company that was moderate. Lawrence Mike, and Roberto are 3 of the most pleasant folks I've ever met.
