I had Trevor, Ed, and Courtney move me today. They were awesome!!! They certainly went above in past to guarantee my turn ran easily without any issues. These people moved my mother-in-law from one retirement home to another. she had a small refrigerator which she could not take with her and so gave it to my wife. The movers said they would be happy to put it in my wife's car. They put it in the back seat. When my wife and i were unloading the car i noticed that nothing had been placed under the refrigerator to protect the leather seat cover. I lifted up the refrigerator and found that in sliding it into the back seat, the movers had ripped the seat cover. My wife texted Bulldog movers and was told that it was her responsibility to make sure something was under the refrigerator when it was loaded into the car. These are "professional" movers. Should they not have known this? We traded texts with "Phil" about this but were told it was our fault and essentially to go away. We don't think this was my wife's fault. Now we have to pay for their mistake.

Wow...I'm still in disbelief after my conversation today about damages to my furniture after being moving into a storage facility. Let me start of by saying that I didn't use professional movers when I relocated from Virginia to Charlotte and my furniture paid the price. So this time I decided to hire professional movers. So, my house was moved last year into a storage facility and the move went smoothly or so I thought....Fast forward to April 30th, 2017 as I'm moving out of my 10x20 storage unit that was filled front to back, top to bottom and I could barely open the door. As I'm moving my things out for transport to my new home I'm finding damage after damage....broken antiques, ripped fabric on a chair, scratches on filing cabinets and furniture, handle broken of a chest of drawers, dents on my washer and dryer and the list goes on. I contacted them about the damages and was told their liability ended once they placed it in storage as they have no idea what might have happened while in the storage unit and someone else may have handled it and done the damage.....Really, the unit was filled from front to back and top to bottom.....I couldn't have moved anything if I tried. Not to mention I took pictures of the damages as I found them "in the storage unit". The person I spoke with did tell me that if I had stored with them or they had done this move as well they would have responsibility. It's their policy. I could have an owner call me to explain it to me if I want....really, what's the point. Clearly they do not accept responsibility for a poor move! And now I have to try to find someone to repair / replace the damages. I will never use them again and will be certain to tell everyone I know as well.
