We used Duke moving for a move from Charlotte, NC to Houston, TX. Everything went smoothly. They came recommended and had the lowest price.

These people moved my mother-in-law from one retirement home to another. she had a small refrigerator which she could not take with her and so gave it to my wife. The movers said they would be happy to put it in my wife's car. They put it in the back seat. When my wife and i were unloading the car i noticed that nothing had been placed under the refrigerator to protect the leather seat cover. I lifted up the refrigerator and found that in sliding it into the back seat, the movers had ripped the seat cover. My wife texted Bulldog movers and was told that it was her responsibility to make sure something was under the refrigerator when it was loaded into the car. These are "professional" movers. Should they not have known this? We traded texts with "Phil" about this but were told it was our fault and essentially to go away. We don't think this was my wife's fault. Now we have to pay for their mistake.

Wow...I'm still in disbelief after my conversation today about damages to my furniture after being moving into a storage facility. Let me start of by saying that I didn't use professional movers when I relocated from Virginia to Charlotte and my furniture paid the price. So this time I decided to hire professional movers. So, my house was moved last year into a storage facility and the move went smoothly or so I thought....Fast forward to April 30th, 2017 as I'm moving out of my 10x20 storage unit that was filled front to back, top to bottom and I could barely open the door. As I'm moving my things out for transport to my new home I'm finding damage after damage....broken antiques, ripped fabric on a chair, scratches on filing cabinets and furniture, handle broken of a chest of drawers, dents on my washer and dryer and the list goes on. I contacted them about the damages and was told their liability ended once they placed it in storage as they have no idea what might have happened while in the storage unit and someone else may have handled it and done the damage.....Really, the unit was filled from front to back and top to bottom.....I couldn't have moved anything if I tried. Not to mention I took pictures of the damages as I found them "in the storage unit". The person I spoke with did tell me that if I had stored with them or they had done this move as well they would have responsibility. It's their policy. I could have an owner call me to explain it to me if I want....really, what's the point. Clearly they do not accept responsibility for a poor move! And now I have to try to find someone to repair / replace the damages. I will never use them again and will be certain to tell everyone I know as well.

Choosing a minute ago to spare our backs and contract movers, we looked around for the best arrangement, with the most noteworthy consumer loyalty scores we could discover. We couldn't have been more satisfied. On the business side: Phone graciousness and polished methodology is vital to me, and Citywide conveyed! Extremely wonderful, exceptionally sensible, and forthright with covering the greater part of my desires of the move. 5 Stars. On the work side: Mike, Adam, and Drew were incredible! They moved the majority of our stuff out of a capacity unit and two second floor rooms and into a solitary story home in 4 hours (with a stop for lunch). I would have still been working until 8pm and my back would have never forgotten me. At a certain point part of the gang was moving a dresser and I took a gander at my gf and said, "I didn't have any acquaintance with you exhausted that." Her answer, "I didn't." The furniture absolutely didn't take close to the beating I gave it on the last move. 5 Stars. To put it plainly, I will be procuring these people again on the following move! Keep up the colossal work Citywide!

Absolutely lethargic and untrustworthy. Dehaven's went to my home to do an appraisal and afterward stayed away forever my calls or messages a while later. I figure they saw that I wasn't taking a great deal of stuff and didn't need their additional protection choice, so they chose to overlook me totally. What a misuse of my time, and this conduct is totally amateurish.

When I requested that ask, this prick began shouting at me on the telephone and letting me know that he was not going to "reassure" me by advising what I needed to listen. Such a great amount for client administration. I never HEARD a moving organization that doesn't stay in contact with his movers and on that note, I think about whether I'll ever see my stuff again. Try not to USE THESE ASSHOLES; not justified, despite any potential benefits.

From the earliest starting point to the end, my turn from Virginia to Florida was smoother than any move I have ever had. The movers were neighborly, however extremely expert and adhered to the occupation had hand. They truly dealt with checking and pressing everything distinguishing every thing, substantial or little. We have battled through the offer of our home close Charlotte .....a parcel of demoralization thus numerous negative obstacles that we didn't require any more....but with New Beginnings...I dont know how we got so fortunate! From the appraisal forward. we were treated with the best regard and best administration we have had in quite a while. Michael Blair is a prepared proficient that got us planned for a move of our home substance and a capacity unit easily. And the distance to South Florida!! The group that stacked and emptied us was an incredible gathering of folks with awesome identities that made everything go easily. They were super quick and super cautious. We were extremely fortunate to have found this moving company and I can now see why they come so exceptionally suggested. Much thanks to all of you such a great amount for the superior to anything incredible administration and making this a positive ordeal for us

Couldn't be more pleased with the assistance and service from Charlotte Van & Storage. I needed to move an employee from NC to AZ and needed a lot of help coordinating and understanding various charges. Doing this from 2000 miles away was no easy task, but Freddy and Rachel were phenomenal! They were patient, understanding and very helpful. The service their movers provided in packing and loading for our employee was outstanding. Our employee was very pleased on site. He was comfortable with the movers and said they did a great job. Called them for the quote and they declined to give me protection terms before I book with them. Clear trick. Try not to utilize this company!!

They moved us when I was 8 months pregnant and we have the steepest garage in the city of Charlotte that they needed to hand convey our substantial furniture down. The group couldn't have been more cautious. We didn't have a solitary scratch on anything. We've utilized around 6 distinctive moving companys the nation over, and starting now and into the foreseeable future we are just working with this superb crew!
